Art Makeup:

 If you don’t post your shittier stuff, people will have a higher opinion of you than if you share it all. Art makeup: Hide your flaws, highlight your assets. Great eyes?  Well put that on the landing page with directional lighting, not your bubbly toes ok get out get out get out

It also gives the people that purposefully share your worst stuff less fodder to share. If you have those, or run into them. (Fwiw, I think some people share stuff that personally resonates but may not be the artist’s strongest piece) 

Back to art makeup: No need to feel stupid or unaccomplished about sharing your better peices or the pieces that do not highlight your flaws. Most professionals do that. The people that try to shame you or mock you for that are silly. Presentation includes awareness about weaknesses, choosing subjects that you can draw well to share, and not sharing what you are weak at.

HomeWork:  Go look at pins from myself or small artists that I like, and compare them to ones that are doing well. Write down differences.
