Emotional Security pre-escape

Quick reminder:

 They can say that you lie, whatever they want. They can bring up whatever personality flaw you have, you are human, you are flawed. You lived through it. It was real. Don't forget, don't let anything they say make you feel that what they did, have done, are doing to you was not wrong. You were a human being that was working, contributing to society, doing stuff. They raped you, blew up your mind, destroyed you, every aspect of you, even your willingness to get out of bed, framed you, told you they were racist, invaded doctors offices, video taped you and shared it, trapped you into aggreeing things you did not want or agree with, tried to force you into prostitution, so on. They can say or make it appear however they want. It doesn’t make them right, and you should just chill out. They’ve been doing it for a while. You can’t prevent it, but you don’t need to let it bother you. At all. What they say means nothing. They’re not the kind of people that are worth caring of the opinion of, and you know enough not to judge the people that are suckered or manipulated into believing it and that those that believe it are just as much victims as you are. Made to participate in things they would never agree with the full extent of. Let it be. The originators are responsible, but as we know of no way to stop or prevent what they are doing, just chill. It’s like weather. You would not rage because it rains, or feel sad, or betrayed. You would simply know that it is raining and do what you can to protect your body.
